How I handle what you send me.
This is my personal website. It collects very little, and only so I can reply to you.
What the enquiry forms collect
When you use a form on this site, I receive:
- your name and email address,
- your business or organisation, if you add it,
- what the enquiry is about (for example succession, partnership, speaking or a clinic opportunity),
- your message,
- your answer to “What brought you here?”, if you add one, and
- which article you came from, if you followed a link from one of my articles.
Please don't send health information. This site isn't for medical questions or appointments. If you're a patient, contact your clinic directly.
Why, and what happens next
I use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry. When you send a form, you receive an automatic confirmation email, and I receive a notification with your message. I read every enquiry myself. I don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or share what you tell me with anyone else without your permission.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts this website (its servers for this site run in Sydney).
- Supabase stores enquiries in a private database in Sydney.
- Resend sends the confirmation and notification emails.
The site's fonts and article images are served from this website itself, not loaded from other services.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries while they're relevant to our conversation, and review and delete old enquiries at least once a year. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.
Questions or requests
To ask a privacy question, see what I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, use the contact form (choose “Something else”) or reply to any email you've received from me.
